When your plan starts

Your first monthly payment is taken at checkout and starts your first 12 months. Your preview remains private until you approve it for publication. I then connect and publish it on your chosen domain.

After the first 12 months

The service continues monthly, with no new fixed term. You can cancel by emailing liam@medicite.co.uk with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect after any payment that falls within that notice period.

Ownership

Your chosen domain is registered for you and belongs to your pharmacy from day one. On a monthly plan, the pharmacy-specific website becomes yours after your first 12 months. Medicite's reusable platform, tools and underlying software remain Medicite's. On the one-off plan, the pharmacy-specific website is yours from payment.

What your plan includes

30-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment. I will refund what you have paid to Medicite and cancel the plan. Any domain already registered remains yours; where a registrar charges an unavoidable transfer fee, I will explain it before you ask for a transfer.

Your preview is private and not intended for search engines. It is not published as your pharmacy's official website until you approve the content and ask me to put it live.
